1 General Terms & Conditions
9ox (hereinafter "the Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User" or "Member") and 9ox.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (two hundred).
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
- Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms
- KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred).
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
Please Note: 9ox has a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and any form of illegal financial activity. If suspicious activity is detected, the account in question may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

- Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit. Available one time only.
- Reload Bonus: Provided to eligible members on a weekly or monthly basis.

- Referral Bonus: Both parties receive a reward when you refer a new member.
Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 to 30 times before a withdrawal can be made. The timeframe to complete wagering is generally 7 to 30 days.
Bonus Abuse
Creating multiple accounts, using a VPN, or engaging in any other manipulation to abuse bonuses will result in bonus cancellation and permanent account closure.
5 Gaming Policy & Fairness

Legal Action

7 Account Suspension & Closure
9ox reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Registering with false or misleading information.
- If KYC verification has not been completed.
- If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
- By legal order or directive from a regulatory authority.
In the event of account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be reviewed for refund. However, no funds will be returned if the closure is due to prohibited activity.
Members may also request account closure at any time. Once any valid balance has been withdrawn, the account closure process will be completed.
